Another year, another product liability trial for DuPont

Last year it was the fungicide "Benlate". This year its their famous bullet resistant material "Teflon".

Its been a tough stretch for DuPont, but they are vowing to fight this latest round of accusations despite the fact that this will be the third time that they go up in front of the supreme court due to product liability issues.
