Chrysler strikes back against fraudulent product liability claim

Don't try to bring fraudulent litigation against the DaimlerChrysler Corporation.

That seems to be the message that the car maker is sending now that it is seeking the disbarment of a texas product liability attorney that tried to file a bogus $2 Billion dollar lawsuit against the corporation.

The lawyer's name is Andrew Toscano.
